Board members voting for the resolution to send the letter to ADEQ were Baxter County Judge Kevin Litty, Mountain Home Mayor Hillrey Adams and Bull Shoals Mayor Michael Savu. Board members voting against were Marion County Judge Jason Stumph, Harrison Mayor Jerry Jackson, Chairman Fred Woehl and Searcy County Judge Tony Horton who sent a proxy in his place. Gassville Mayor Jeff Braim was not in attendance.
