A six-year-old child abducted Saturday in Jonesboro was later found safe in Missouri. Authorities state 19-year-old Denzel Lara and the boy were found in Butler County Saturday night.
According to KAIT, Jonesboro officers were searching for the male abducted by Lara. The two were reportedly seen near the 2400 block of East Matthews in Jonesboro. Later that evening, police located the vehicle on a camera system in Pocahontas.
Lara has been taken into police custody.
