The Gassville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday evening at 6 at the Community Center located at 204 S. School Street.
The commission will consider a property rezoning request from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-2) located at 519 E. Main St. Two variance requests for the property will also be considered, one for the number of parking spaces required and for the side setback footage required.
