Outreach staff for the Arkansas Secretary of State will be offering mobile office services to residents in Baxter County Thursday at the Donald W. Reynolds Library serving Baxter County.
Outreach Director Henry Jones spoke with KTLO News Sammy Raycraft about services offered and how these visits can benefit citizens in areas further away from Little Rock.
