A man currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center is facing more charges after exposing himself to another inmate.

According to the incident report, on July 14, an inmate reported to officers she was in the multi-purpose room sewing an item when 38-year-old Bradley Uren exposed himself to her through the bean hole of his cell. A bean hole is described as a metal opening in the door of a cell which allows staffers to pass food trays to inmates without having to completely open the door.

A second officer spoke with the complainant who stated she was standing at the window of the multi-purpose room because she had finished sewing the object and she thought she saw Uren putting something on the back of a phone. When Uren was questioned about passing items, he told officers he was not. When the officer left, the complainant stated she kept watching Uren to see if he would do it again, but instead Uren asked her if someone was around, and when she said only the nurse, he exposed himself and shook at her.

Authorities then checked the camera footage and witnessed the incident.

Uren has been charged with impairing the operations of a vital public facility and indecent exposure.

Uren was originally booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of rape.
