
An Ozark County man suffered moderate injuries in a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon in Taney County. Fifty-three-year-old James Heath of Wasola was transported by ambulance to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Heath was traveling on U.S. Highway 160. He was nearly three miles east of Rueter when his motorcycle slid out of control on a curve and overturned. Heath was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
Heath’s motorcycle had moderate damage in the 3:10 p.m. accident.
