MHHS has strange week of practice leading to Bomberfest

The Mountain Home High School football team will be getting in front of its fans Friday evening for the 14th-annual First Security Bomberfest. The Bombers will hit the gridiron as the event will conclude with a scrimmage.

Mountain Home has been preparing for Friday’s Bomberfest, but head coach Steve Ary says it’s been an unusual week of practice.

The football activities at Bomber Stadium begin at 7:30 with the introduction to the seventh grade, eighth grade and freshman teams, and the high school scrimmage will follow.

The volleyball program will also take part in Bomberfest at the Hangar. The seventh graders will scrimmage at 5, the eighth graders and freshmen will follow at 5:45, and the high school team will be introduced at 6:30.
