Volleyball makes up much of the local Thursday schedule as the Mountain Home High School team will be back on the road for another 5A-West outing with Russellville. The junior varsity match begins at 4:30 followed by the varsity match.
Elsewhere on the high school level, Cotter hosts Marshall, Flippin travels to Rose Bud, Yellville-Summit makes the trip to Melbourne, Gainesville entertains Mansfield, Salem is home against Midland, Izard County heads to Alpena, Bergman hosts Atkins, Harrison entertains Greenbrier, and Omaha is home against South Side-Bee Branch.
Mountain Home is set to welcome West Memphis Wonder to the Twin Lakes Area for three junior high matches. The seventh grade white team takes the court at 4:30, and the junior varsity and varsity matches will follow.
In other junior high volleyball, Harrison travels to Siloam Springs.
