A second person has been arrested for her role in an attack on a Baxter County man in his vehicle. Thirty-eight-year-old Jennifer Elizabeth Foster of Norfork was arrested last week. Her husband, 40-year-old Justin Robert Foster, was arrested April 1 in connection with the same incident.

According to the probable cause affidavit from the Gassville Police Department, the incident started in the Walmart parking lot in Mountain Home when the victim says Foster and her husband attacked him. The victim and a friend were able to get into their vehicle and flee but noticed the Fosters were following them. The chase continued to a home of a friend of the victim in Gassville.

The victim says at that point, Justin Foster opened his door and started beating him with a handgun and then held the gun to his head.

The victim says Jennifer Foster entered the vehicle from the passenger side and took a dash camera. The victim says he bought the camera to record harassment from the Fosters he alleges has been going on for one year.

A man inside the home, who went outside when he heard the commotion, and video from a Ring doorbell camera, corroborated the victim’s account of the attack.

The victim was treated for his injuries at Baxter Health.

Jennifer Foster is facing felony counts of first degree battery, breaking or entering and terroristic threatening along with a misdemeanor count of theft of property.

She is free after posting $10,000 bond.

Justin Foster is also free on bond on the same charges.
