The Mountain Home High School tennis teams had another good day on Thursday as the varsity and junior varsity teams combined to beat Harrison 13-2.
The Bombers won all their boys matches. In doubles play, Noah Recktenwald and Strat Rucker won 6-3 and 6-1, Pierce Blackmon and Finley Chafin won 6-1 and 6-2, and Tyler Webb and Chandler Jones won 6-0. In singles play, Landon Horne won 6-0 and 6-0, Stratton Smith won 6-1 and 6-2, and Zane Darracq won 8-2.
Mountain Home also had multiple victories on the girls’ side. In doubles play, Kelsey Blackwell and Bella Dotson won 6-1, 2-6 and 10-5, Nadia and Bianca Talbot won 6-0 and 6-2, and Kate VanderStek and Sienna Reed won 6-0, 6-0 and 6-0. Hannah Baker won in singles play 6-3 and 6-1.
