Two Flippin residents were injured in a two vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Taney County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver, 22-year-old Abdullah Salik of Branson had entered a construction zone and slowed down to enter a turn lane while traveling on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway near Little Peters Road in Branson when another vehicle driven by 34-year-old Dana Murphy of Flippin struck Salik’s vehicle from the rear.
Three individuals sustained minor to moderate injuries and were transported to Cox Hospital in Branson for treatment.
