Mountain Home’s varsity volleyball team saw losses Tuesday as they traveled to Harrison to face the Goblins. Harrison was able to secure the win in straight sets against the Lady Bombers.The junior high junior varsity team was able to defeat Harrison in straight sets at L.T.’s Court with scores of 25-21 and 25-22. Karly Goes had 11 assists, Macy Farris had 7 kills and Hailey Scott had 4 digs. The junior high varsity team also beat up the Goblins with straight set wins scoring 25-21 and 25-12. Ava Jones had 2 aces 7 assists 3 kils and 4 digs, while Annyston Crooker had 8 kills and 2 blocks.
Elsewhere Mountain Home Christian Academy won all its matches as they hosted Flippin for Pink Out Volley for a Cure. The junior high junior varsity team beat the Bobcats with scores of 25-14 and 25-12. The high school junior varsity team won in straight sets with scores of 25-17 and 25-10. The high school varsity finished out the victory in straight sets of 25-21, 25-22 and 26-24. Caroline Robinson had 12 kills, Kenna Riley had 6 kills, and Kayden Wright had 19 assists.
