The City of Mountain Home’s second annual Arktoberfest held last Saturday is said to have been another successful event in the newly formed downtown Baker District.

According to a press release from Rapp’s Barren Brewing Company, registration increased from 2022 and drew crowds from 43 different cities across 10 different states.

The festival raised a total of $15,790 for the Backpack Food for Kids program, which will cover roughly one-third of the annual expenses. The total is an increase of 22% from 2022.

Officials from Rapp’s Barren state events like these are only successful because of a generous and supportive community.

They would like to express appreciation to the following business for the active participation:

Anstaff Bank
Marchant Lumber
Pirate Perry Events
The Meat Shop
Farmers and Merchants Bank
Yelcott
Jack’s Package Store
Gregg Farm Services
The Bounce Palace
Sharp Edges Axe Throwing
