Calico Rock High School (CRHS) will induct longtime educator Mark Green and Pirate alumni Kenneth Russell into the Hall of Honor this year.
The induction ceremony will take place at the annual Black and Orange Games Friday, October 13 in the Harold Ray Jeffery Gymnasium on the high school campus.
The CRHS Athletic Booster Club will host the annual fish fry beginning at 4:30. Tickets are $17 and include fish or chicken strips, French fries, slaw, a drink and dessert.
Proceeds benefit the athletic programs. The fish fry is held in the high school cafeteria. Tickets may be bought in advance from basketball players or purchased at the door.
The induction ceremony honoring Green and Russell will be at 6 in the gym. The community is invited and encouraged to attend.
Immediately following the ceremony, the junior high and high school basketball teams will host the Black and Orange Games. There is no admission charge to attend the ceremony or the games.
