Dr. Mike and Katie King Risk receive Heart of the Library award Thursday night

Thursday evening, Dr. Mike and Katie King Risk were honored with the Heart of the Library Awards at the Donald W. Reynolds Library serving Baxter County in a reception which unveiled the updated donor wall.

Both Mike and Katie spoke with KTLO’s Heather Loftis about how important the library is to the community.
