North Little Rock police officials have arrested 44-year-old Ryan Cohens of Little Rock, doing so on Monday in connection with the death of 42-year-old Cassandra Lusk. Police officers found Lusk dead inside of an apartment on Sept. 10. Now police say Cohens is facing a charge of capital murder. An investigation into that matter is ongoing.
