State tournaments get underway Tuesday for high school volleyball in Arkansas, and five area teams will take the court.
The Class 2A State Tournament will be held at Quitman. Yellville-Summit meets Taylor on Court 1 at 2, and Marshall faces England on Court 2 at 4.
Valley Springs is the host school for this year’s Class 3A State Tournament. Salem takes on Baptist Prep at 4 at the Pioneer Pavilion on the campus of North Arkansas College in Harrison, and the host Lady Tigers will be on their home floor to play Episcopal Collegiate at 6.
Harrison will compete in one of the openers of the Class 5A State Tournament at Searcy. The Lady Goblins will be paired with Lake Hamilton at noon.
