On Tuesday, Baxter Health announced the appointment of Natalie Amato as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of human resources operations for the organization.
Amato has been with Baxter Health for over a decade, serving in various human resources-related roles including Senior Human Resources Manager. She brings extensive experience in talent management, employee relations and organizational development to her new position.

Amato holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Fl. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has been an active member of the Twin Lakes Human Resource Association for many years.
