Another scam is being reported in north central Arkansas. Someone is allegedly posing as a representative of the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce.
According to the chamber, the suspect is claiming to be its lead accountant. The individual is allegedly attempting to squeeze money out of “overdue invoices.”
The chamber is encouraging its members to stay vigilant, stay safe and double-check before sharing any sensitive info.
