Mountain View High School’s eight-man football team was able to successfully defend its state title from last year. After being down 10 in the final quarter, the Yellowjackets reeled off 20 unanswered points to defeat Corning 28-18 in the championship game of the Arkansas Eight-Man Club Division State Playoffs. Mountain View finishes the season at 10-0, and they remain unbeaten in two seasons of eight-man football.
