On Nov. 18 and 19, The Lodge Between the Lakes will host “Christmas Prairie Style,” where visitors will have the opportunity to meet cast members from the award-winning TV show “Little House on the Prairie.” Cast members in attendance will be Caroline Ingalls (Karen Grassle), Grace Ingalls (Wendi Lou Lee), Miss Beadle (Charlotte Stewart), Sarah Carter (Pamela Roylance), and Baby Rose Wilder (Jennifer Donati).
Ahead of the weekend events, Mountain Home Mayor Hillrey Adams has issued a proclamation declaring Nov. 18 to be Laura Ingalls Wilder Day in Mountain Home.
A meet and greet will be held Saturday from 10 until and Sunday from 10 until 4. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 3-12. Saturday night will feature a VIP dinner with the cast at 7 and a VIP breakfast will be held Sunday morning at 8:30. Tickets are available at eventbrite.com.
