On Thursday, the Baker District Merchants Association will host its December First Thursday event featuring the Pinkston Varsity Choir. They will perform two shows of their Christmas Concert, at 6 and 7 in front of Mountain Home Mercantile. The Baker District will be decorated for the Christmas season, providing a background for a musical celebration.
Along with music, the Pinkston Varsity Choir also participates in community service. This holiday season they will be spreading Christmas cheer at area events, residential facilities, and they have been invited to take part in the Sounds of the Season at the capitol. The choir also plans on visiting Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
