The Mountain Home Bomber swim team competed at Greene Co. Tech’s swim meet tuesday. The Bombers took third place with Searcy in Second. Batesville was the overall winner of the meet. The Lady Bombers scored 4th with Green County topping the 10 team field.
Top individual scorer for the girls was Peeka Traver taking 3rd in the 100 meter Butterfly event and 4th in the 100 meter Breast stroke. Caleb Due took 2nd in the 50 meter freestyle and finished first in the backstroke event.
The swim team’s next event to compete will be December 15 in Batesville.
