In a 7-6 vote, Pope County officials voted yesterday to exclusively support only Cherokee Nation businesses as its casino vendor, according to KATV News.
The application process reopened in October, when the Arkansas Supreme Court upheld a ruling that the license was improperly awarded to Cherokee Nation businesses.
