A Bull Shoals man suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident Friday evening in western Missouri. Forty-seven-year-old Jacob Maxwell was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Maxwell was traveling on Missouri Highway 7 in the town of Urich. His pickup truck reportedly crossed the median and opposite lanes and struck an embankment. Maxwell faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Maxwell’s truck had extensive damage in the 5:30 p.m. accident.
