The Mountain Home High School girls’ wrestling team went to Maumelle on Saturday to compete in the Sam Ginn Invitational. The Lady Bombers finished second in the team standings with the win going to Conway.
Mountain Home had two wrestlers win their weight classes. Leigh Gatewood went 5-0 in the 145-pound division, and Olivia McCoy was unbeaten in the 130.
Abigail Swartz ended up second in the 155, Ellie Miller took second place in the 115, Izzy Koehler finished second in the 110, and Allison Eubanks was third in the 190.
The Lady Bombers’ next action will be in Van Buren on Jan. 2.
