The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) announced Thursday the Main Street Bridge, U.S. Highway 65B, which crosses Crooked Creek in Harrison will be closed for an extended period of time, beginning January 2.

The existing bridge will be replaced and work is expected to be completed by summer 2026. ARDOT suggests using Highway 65 and Arkansas Highway 7 as a detour.
