
The United States Geological Survey reported a stronger-than-usual earthquake in northeast Arkansas.
According to KYTV, the scientists said the 3.6 magnitude quake happened around noon, 3.5 miles east of Jonesboro. The depth of the tremor is around seven miles deep.
As of 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, the Mississippi County Office of Emergency Management said no damage from the earthquake had been reported.
