Russell Luder is one of the candidates running for a position on the Mountain Home School Board next month. Luder will square off against Mollie Morgan for Position 5.
Luder tells KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot’s Heather Loftis there are a pair of reasons he decided to run for election.
Listen:
Luder says he was supportive of the bond issue when it was on the ballot. He says he has toured the campus of Mountain Home High School Career Academies, and he believes there is work needing to be done under the big top.
Listen:
Luder says he obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. When he realized the incumbent, Bill Wehmeyer, was not going to seek reelection, he thought he could bring his expertise to the board.
Listen:
Luder will be on the ballot for the preferential primary election on March 5.
