Power should be restored to Mountain Home residents following Wednesday night’s outage. According to North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, 1,312 members were without power due to the outage at the Buzzard Roost substation.
Crews reportedly had to backfeed electricity from other substations to get power restored. The cause of the outage has not been determined.
