
A Mountain Home High School senior will be heading north to continue his athletic career. Corwin Morris recently signed a national letter of intent to join the football program at Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota.
Morris will be joining a Lancer program that will be in just its fourth year of existence this fall. He says he had offers from several colleges, but Mount Marty hit home for him.

Morris, who played tight end for the Bombers, says the Lancers run a similar offense to what he learned at Mountain Home.

Morris helped Mountain Home reach the state quarterfinals for the fourth straight year during his senior season. He ended up with 14 catches for 83 yards. Morris says he was able to thrive at the tight end position once put there by the late former Bomber offensive coordinator Ryan Mallett.
