Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport appoints new executive director

Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission has appointed Stephen Baker as the new Executive Director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.

This effective August the 6th, the Airport Commission unanimously approved Baker’s hiring last month. Baker’s contract has been finalized with an annual base salary of $275,000 with benefits. Baker has over 40 years of airline, real estate and airport leadership experience to bring to his new position as executive director.

The new executive direction began his career in airlines at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport Hub, but has since held an executive position at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, served as deputy general manager at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and as deputy aviation director at the Miami-Dade Aviation Department.

Baker has a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
