As the upper White River continues to rise from Tuesday night and Wednesday mornings heavy rains, one problem area that has arisen is the Guion area in southern Izard County.Gary Dickerson is the Emergency Management Director for Izard County. He says they are anticipating the river to crest in the Guion area Wednesday evening.
