An outage at the North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC) Sycamore Springs substation has caused 1,075 members to be without power Wednesday afternoon.
According to officials, a transmission line servicing the Sycamore Springs substation had been opened for an unknown reason. Personnel are at the substation now working to determine the cause.
