The Mountain Home high school tennis teams where on the road Tuesday and defeated Jonesboro winning 12 out of 16 matches.In boys singles Strat Rucker and Chandler Jones won their matches 8-4 and 6-3. In boys doubles action the Bombers won all their matches with teams of Finley Chafin and Pierce Blackmon 8-4, Stratton Smith and Noah Recktenwald 8-6, Ben Souder and Anthony Jones 7-5, and Max Goodwin and Tyler Webb 6-1.
In girls singles Mountain Home swept Jonesboro with Bianca Talbot 8-1, Mary Charles McConnell 8-2, Bianca Talbot 7-6, and Mary Charles McConnell 6-4. In doubles for the girls there was mixed results with the Bombers losing 3 of 5 matches. For the wins Hannah Baker and Bella Dotson with 6-1 and Kelsey Blackwell and Kiana Talbot 6-1.
