
The Lady Bombers volleyball teams brought home a fresh set of wins to build up their resume for the season as they faced Paragould on the road Thursday evening.The junior varsity team fired the warning shots to the home team of how the night would play out securing two set wins with scores of 25-22 and 25-19. Eliana Pepin posted 3 kills 1 block 4 digs 1 ace, Violet Daugherty had 24 assists 7 digs and Macy Farris had 6 kills 1 block 2 digs. The junior team now has a conference record of 8-1 and an overall record of 12-3.
The junior varsity team slammed the Rams with a quick two sets that gave the Lady Bombers the win 2-0.
The varsity team went the first two sets with wins of 25-19 and 25-17. Things started looking shaky as the Bombers fell in the 3rd set with Paragould taking the win 22-25. Mountain Home finished the night and headed back to the buses victorious with a final set ending in the Bombers favor 25-20. The Lady Bombers now have a conference record of 6-3.
