Mountain Home ended up suffering five junior high basketball losses against Valley View Thursday at Jonesboro.
The Junior Bombers fell in the varsity game to the Junior Blazers 50-23. Mountain Home drops to 2-6 on the season and 1-2 in the Northeast Arkansas Conference.
The varsity girls’ game ended with the Junior Lady Bombers getting doubled up by Valley View 42-21. Macy Farris led Mountain Home with 13 points. The Junior Lady Bombers fall to 0-6 and 0-3.
Mountain Home also lost the eighth grade boys’ game to Valley View 23-17. The Eighth Grade Bombers are now 1-4 on the year.
In addition, Mountain Home’s eighth grade girls fell to Valley View 32-6. The Eighth Grade Lady Bombers’ record is now 0-5.
The evening began with the Mountain Home seventh grade boys losing to Valley View 41-16.
