Baxter Health has announced the addition of Timothy “Eric” Bowen, MD, to the Baxter Health Cardiovascular Clinic. Dr. Bowen, a board-certified interventional cardiologist, brings more than 25 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient care, specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
He joins a team that includes Dr. Patrick Tobbia, Dr. Akihiro Kobayashi, Dr. Zaid Alirhayim, Dr. Tois Warr, Dr. Michael Camp, Dr. Jamon Pruitt, and nurse practitioners Denise Beeson, Leah Fountain, and Debra Wilhite.
Dr. Bowen previously served as Cardiology Medical Director and staff physician at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs and practiced at Conway Heart Clinic and CHI Cardiology in Little Rock.
His training includes an interventional cardiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University, a cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and an internal medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he was Chief Resident.
