Farmers & Merchants Bank and The Bank of Fayetteville have announced the promotion of Pepper Morrison of Mountain Home to Business Solutions Director. With more than 25 years of banking experience, Morrison has established a strong reputation for delivering innovative financial solutions to commercial clients.
Morrisons track record includes a two-and-a-half-year tenure as Business Solutions Manager, overseeing the banks online banking services. She was named Assistant Vice President and Treasury Management Manager in April 2022, a period marked by a 56% increase in new sales from 2022 to 2023 and an additional 25% growth from 2023 to 2024.
In her new role, Morrison will focus on expanding the banks business services and helping commercial clients streamline operations and reduce costs. Her leadership has driven advancements in services like payroll solutions, merchant support, and fraud prevention tools, including the banks Positive Pay service.
Outside of her professional achievements, Morrison contributes to the community by serving on the board of Serenity Inc., which supports survivors of domestic violence.
