Fosness named High School on SI Arkansas Girls’ Basketball Athlete of the Week

A member of the Mountain Home High School girls’ basketball team was honored Monday by the voters on High School on Sports Illustrated. Lady Bomber junior Livi Fosness was named the Arkansas Girls’ Basketball Athlete of the Week.

Fosness’ award comes after her performance at Russellville on Jan. 27. She ended up with 27 points and 13 rebounds in Mountain Home’s 72-54 win over the Lady Cyclones.

Fosness ended up with 41% of the tally out of more than 18,600 votes.
