Mountain Home is among the area high school whose postseason continues for bowling. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will be in Cabot on Wednesday for the Class 5A State Tournament.
Mountain Home’s boys finished second in the 5A-West Conference Tournament last week, and the Lady Bombers were third. Gabriel Gossau and Chloe Weatherford represented Mountain Home as the top individual bowlers in the tournament.
Action begins at 11 at Allfam Bowling Center.
All of the bowling teams from Norfork, Calico Rock and Izard County will return to Jonesboro after being there last week for the conference tournament. The Classes 2A/1A State Tournament will be held at Hijinx. The start time is set for 11.
