Gassville City Council to hear third reading of mobile food vehicle ordinance

The Gassville City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday night at 6 at Gassville City Hall.Items on the agenda include:

– a third reading of an ordinance regarding inspections of mobile food preparation vehicles;

– consideration of an ordinance amending the municipal code of the city for special and emergency city council meetings;

– an ordinance amending a personal time ordinance in the city personnel handbook;

– consideration of an ordinance designating places for the posting of ordinances and repealing ordinance 2023-09; and

– consideration of an affidavit for the destruction of certain city documents and records.
