FNBC has announced the promotion of Scott Sellars to Senior Vice President, Head of Consumer Lending. The announcement was made Thursday by Trent Brown, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer.
Sellars took on interim leadership for consumer lending in April 2021 before officially becoming Vice President in January 2022. In his new role, he will continue leading FNBC’s consumer lending platform, focusing on market growth and customer financial solutions.
Brown praised Sellars’ leadership and strategic vision, saying he looks forward to working with him to enhance FNBC’s services.
Sellars, who has over 20 years of banking experience, joined FNBC in 2007 as a commercial lender in Mountain Home. He has completed banking certifications in Memphis and Jonesboro.
A Calico Rock native, Sellars lives in Mountain Home with his wife, Wendy. They have four children and seven grandchildren.
