Two area high school boys’ basketball teams played their openers in the Class 4, District 11 Tournament at Logan-Rogersville High School.
Hollister watched its season come to an end with a 73-67 loss to Mountain Grove. The Tigers’ final record is 5-20.
Ava was able to advance to Wednesday’s semifinals after defeating Reeds Spring 59-39. The Bears improve to 12-15, and their next opponent will be Logan-Rogersville.
