
The Mountain Home seventh grade track teams had a good day in Harrison as they won the Goblin Seventh Grade Relays on Monday.
Individually for the Seventh Grade Lady Bombers, Samira Gassama won the 800-meter and 1600-meter runs, Sonya Kruegar won the high jump, Grace Rosenlof won the long jump and the 400-meter dash and finished second in the high jump, Ella Morris won the 100-meter hurdles and was second in the 400-meter dash, Harper Hutchens won the 200-meter dash and ended up second in the 100-meter dash and third in the long jump, Avery Beyen took second place in the shot put and the discus, Blair Beyen finished second in the 800-meter and 1600-meter runs, Kambreigh Shrable was third in the high jump, and Emmy Nichols ended up third in the 100-meter hurdles. The team of Avery Beyen, Farrah Coleman, Lydia Lewis and Stella Mattix won the 4×800-meter relay; Rosenlof, Morris, Gassama and Blair Beyen won the 4×400-meter relay; Hutchens, Rylee McCoy, Kruegar and Ava Allen won the 4×200-meter relay; and Rylee McCoy, Hutchens, Morris and Rosenlof took second place in the 4×100-meter relay.
For Mountain Home’s boys, Bates King won the triple jump and the 100-meter dash, Odysseus Miller won the high jump, Austin Still won the 110-meter hurdles and finished second in the 300-meter hurdles, Alexander Flowers won the 1600-meter run and was second in the 800-meter run, Hudson Speer won the 200-meter dash and ended up second in the 100-meter dash, Uriah Sabo won the long jump and took second place in the triple jump and third in the 400-meter dash, Peyton Smith finished second in the 1600-meter run, Logan Pitchford was second in the 400-meter dash, Asa Smeltzer ended up second in the 200-meter dash and third in the 100-meter dash, Caleb Stephens took third place in the high jump, finished third in the 300-meter hurdles, and Luke Cottongim was third in the shot put. The team of Jackson Skinner, Pitchford, Ryken Voight and Zakk Leach won the 4×800-meter relay; Peyton Smith, Flowers, Uriah Sabo and Smeltzer won the 4×400-meter relay; Speer, Still, Kayden Sabo and Dustin Smith won the 4×200-meter relay; and Speer, Smeltzer, Still and King won the 4×100-meter relay.
