A Mountain Home High School alum was recently recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association. Emma Crabb, a member of the softball team at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Mo., was named the Region 16 Pitcher of the Week.
Crabb was recognized for a week in which she pitched 28 innings for the Raiders. She recorded 56 strikeouts and gave up 15 hits, five walks and only two earned runs.
Crabb is part of a Three Rivers team that is currently 14-8 on the season.
