Monday’s schedule includes a special event for the Mountain Home High School baseball team. The Bombers will be welcoming Harrison to McClain Park, but prior to the game, a dedication ceremony will be held for the memorial to the late Ron Czanstkowski that was recently placed at the gate.
Czanstkowski, a legendary Bomber baseball player and coach, died Feb. 6, 2024, after a long battle with cancer. The plaque was hung earlier this season in memory of Czanstkowski and his contributions to the program and the school district.
The ceremony will start at 4:40. Former Mountain Home baseball coaches Don Webb and Brad Morris are slated to be among the speakers, and Tom Czanstkowski will throw out the first pitch at Pitts Field.
The varsity game is scheduled to start at 5, and the junior varsity contest will follow.
