During a workshop and special session Thursday evening the budget for 2025 was passed for the City of Flippin. The council had not been able until the meeting to agree on a finalized budget that originally would have passed back in February.Mayor Heith Hogan says accounting errors where giving the appearance of the city being in the red when the actual bank accounts never reflected that fact.
