
In April, 12 building permits were issued according to a report from the City of Mountain Home’s Building Inspection Manager Jeannie Anderson.Five commercial sign permits were issued. The first went to PlayStrong Pediatrics located at 2 Medical Plaza for a construction value of $8,000. The second to Restore Regenerative and Sports at 103 Restore Drive for $14,400. The third permit was issued to Vantive US Healthcare LLC at 1900 Hwy 201 with a value of $3,000. The fourth went to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. at 759 Hwy 311 with a construction value of $2,500. The final sign permit for the month was issued to Cash Enterprises, on behalf of Ozark Poster Advertising, for a property at 96 CR 27 with a valuation of $20,000.
Three commercial permits were issued in April. One was for a remodel at Total Physical Therapy located at 308 E. 7th St. 1 and 2 with a construction value of $325,000. Another commercial addition permit was issued to Twin Lakes Woodworking and Remodel at 1210 Commerce Drive valued at $50,000. The third commercial addition went to Community of Christ Church at 340 E. 11th Street with a construction value of $249,833. A new commercial building permit was issued to Mountain Home Church of Christ for a property at 380 N. College Street valued at $755,184.
Two new residential building permits were issued. The first was to Jordan and Patrick Eldridge at 415 Oak Ridge Road with a construction value of $626,000. The second went to Freedom Hobbs for a new home at 1445 Hobbs Court with a valuation of $140,000.
One residential addition permit was issued to Kirk and Amber Brown for their property at 167 S. Sheeks Drive, with a construction value of $200,000.
The total construction valuation for all permits issued in April was $2,393,917, with $6,632.92 in fees collected.
