
Mountain Home students have the opportunity of a lifetime to travel to Germany this year through the German American Partnership Program (GAPP) and a fundraiser is being held this weekend in order to help them on their travels.
The fundraiser, a German dinner and auction, will be held at the Mountain Home Elks Lodge from Saturday night from 6 to 9.
Herr Francis, the GAPP coordinator, says the menu will include traditional German foods.

Having the opportunity to explore countries surrounding Germany, Francis says this program is a great opportunity for the students to experience different cultures.

The dinner is $30 per person or $50 for couples.
The Mountain Home students plan to leave for Germany on May 25.
